Senior Manager, Strategy & Project Marketing (Marketing Analytics)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; primarily in the office

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 annual base salary for positions based in Illinois, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, North America, on marketing planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, accountability, and follow-through on priority initiatives.
• Analyze marketing performance, trends, areas of excellence, and opportunities across programs.
• Conduct targeted analyses and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Prepare concise presentations, business reviews, and strategic materials for senior leadership.
• Identify AI-enabled tools, smarter processes, and operational improvements for marketing and communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, marketing strategy, or a highly analytical role.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, actionable outputs.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or a related field.
