Complex Business Coordinator (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Support strategic plans focused on expense control, revenue growth, productivity, and branch or complex development.
• Coordinate client and prospect requests, administrative procedures, and the client experience.
• Work with home office departments to manage branch workflow and resolve moderately complex account inquiries.
• Plan and coordinate client and prospect events and other branch or complex projects.
• Support advisor recruiting by maintaining prospect data, preparing payout analyses, and coordinating transitions and onboarding.
• Maintain expertise in practice management tools, reporting, compliance practices, and advisor platform resources.

Requirements

• Associate degree and five years of experience in financial services or a related field; or a bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training may be considered.
• Relevant bachelor's degrees include accounting, business administration, or finance.
• No licenses are required.
• Resident workstyle in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States.
