QTL- Sheet Metal Crew 2 (Nights)

Location: Longview, TX, United States; onsite, full-time night shift

What you will do

• Train team members to assemble and install HVAC sub-assembly components accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor assembly quality, productivity, unit standards, and compliance with approved procedures and codes.
• Serve as the primary contact for production-line issues and provide problem-solving and backup support.
• Verify work-order packets, parts availability, production schedules, and sub-assembly documentation.
• Inspect blueprints, assembly drawings, equipment, and completed units; perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Enforce warehouse safety and housekeeping standards while coordinating with management and production teams.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands, including standing for approximately 95% of the shift, repetitive hand motions, climbing, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to move objects weighing 25–50 pounds and operate heavy equipment and tools.
• Ability to work a variable schedule and overtime as assigned.
