Sheet Metal General Foreman

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate sheet metal crews across multiple commercial plumbing job sites.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, schematics, and plumbing diagrams to support correct installation.
• Schedule manpower, tools, and materials to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow.
• Inspect job sites, verify workmanship quality, and enforce building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors, reporting progress, delays, and field issues to the Plumbing Superintendent.
• Mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership or foreman role.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously for a large-scale contractor.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent organization, time management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are beneficial.
