What you will do

• Serve as a trusted point of connection in the financial center and create seamless customer experiences.
• Identify customer financial goals through purposeful questions, active listening, and meaningful conversations.
• Guide customers through account selection and opening, transactions, and relevant banking products and services.
• Manage and grow relationships through proactive follow-up, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Connect customers with Mortgage, Business Banking, Wealth, and other specialized partners.
• Support financial center operations by following policies, procedures, risk management practices, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer experience, relationship-building, consultative selling, communication, and active listening skills.
• Financial acumen, business development, networking, problem-solving, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate banking systems, Microsoft Office software, computer applications, and on-site equipment.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and comply with company policies and federal and state regulations.
