What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve customer issues, and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, internal partnerships, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and one or more years of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and deposit products.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services.
