Senior Business Analyst (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, validation and documentation across operations, transfer agency, compliance, risk and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability outputs for a global target operating model.
• Assess current-state processes, identify gaps and define future-state requirements for investor onboarding transformation.
• Analyze investor onboarding, transfer agency, AML/KYC, static data, documentation, reporting and related data flows.
• Facilitate workshops and support solution design, testing, UAT, implementation readiness, training materials and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop process maps, data-mapping support, test scenarios and governance materials while improving analysis standards and controls.

Requirements

• Business analysis experience in funds, asset servicing, transfer agency, investor onboarding, AML/KYC or financial services operations.
• Experience with requirements definition, process mapping, data analysis, testing, UAT and implementation readiness.
• Understanding of funds operating models, controls, service delivery and regulatory considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; a bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience or relevant business analysis qualification is preferred.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Visio, Power BI, SharePoint, Aha!, Azure DevOps, Jira or Confluence.
• CBAP, CCBA, BCS, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile or Scrum certification.
