Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid office role in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Investigate business needs, HR processes, and system opportunities, translating requirements into functional solutions and user stories.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday solutions across HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Provide cross-module functional leadership for BAU support, enhancements, issue resolution, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Work with HR, HRSS, COEs, IT, external partners, and implementation teams to align scope, priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, ad hoc testing, and production verification.
• Review integration impacts, troubleshoot issues, prioritize multiple workstreams, and improve HR technology governance and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience in HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Experience leading functional analysis across BAU support, enhancements, and small-to-medium change delivery.
• Experience with testing, UAT coordination, post-implementation support, and change governance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a global environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups.
