What you will do

• Lead sales operations and teams using Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices.
• Manage point-of-sale materials and inventory levels to meet market demand and maximize ROI.
• Deliver on key performance indicators for sales, freshness, and controllable expenses.
• Ensure safety and product accountability within the assigned sales area.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• 5-7 years of experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and influencing others.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to meet US DOT regulations.
