EHS Coordinator

Location: Onsite near one of the U.S. manufacturing sites in Kansas City (New Century), Phoenix, Los Angeles (Cerritos), Seattle (Auburn), Dallas, Nashville (LaVergne), Boston (South Easton), Philadelphia (Bensalem), Charlotte, or Columbus (Lewis Center). Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; up to 10% travel.

What you will do

• Implement EHS systems and conduct facility audits to maintain OSHA, EPA, and internal standards.
• Facilitate hazard assessments, risk assessments, self-inspections, and incident-prevention activities.
• Lead root-cause incident investigations, track corrective actions, and address identified deficiencies.
• Develop and deliver site training while advising facility leadership and employees on EHS matters.
• Monitor leading and lagging indicators, report EHS metrics, and notify leadership or regulators about incidents when required.
• Support multi-site EHS, sustainability, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in EHS, occupational safety, or environmental compliance, preferably in manufacturing or a multi-site environment.
• Foundational knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, hazard assessments, and waste-management practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to educate and influence employees at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or comparable office tools.
• Ability to work onsite near one of the listed U.S. manufacturing facilities and travel up to 10%.
• Successful post-offer background check and drug screening required.
