Maintenance Mechanic I (overnight) (Medical Device Manufacturing)

Location: Clinton, PA, United States; onsite. The shift follows a 2-2-3 overnight pattern from 6:30 p.m. to 6:45 a.m.

Salary: $23.80–$40.40 per hour

What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair molding machines, automated assembly equipment, welders, conveyors, case sealers, printers, labelers, flow wrappers, and auxiliary equipment.
• Locate equipment faults using diagrams, schematics, manuals, engineering specifications, measuring instruments, gauges, and hand tools.
• Perform, document, and verify preventive maintenance and repairs while ensuring products meet specifications.
• Support production associates and coordinate with operators, engineering, management, and outside contractors.
• Fabricate new fixtures and modify existing equipment to support production needs.
• Recommend and implement process, safety, quality, and efficiency improvements; maintain logs and order spare parts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar production-environment role.
• Mechanical troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work the specified 2-2-3 overnight shift.
• Compliance with GMPs, SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and facility escalation procedures.

Nice to have

• Associate's, bachelor's, or technical degree; relevant certification or apprenticeship.
• Maintenance experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
