Senior Order Fulfilment Specialist (Consumer Electronics)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce order processing in SAP, including order entry, administration, shipping, and pre-shipment rectification.
• Monitor order tracking and ensure fulfillment follows established SOPs.
• Coordinate replenishment shipments to regional warehouses and sales, marketing, support, and replacement shipments to partners and consumers.
• Reconcile SAP inventory with warehouse records and manage returned merchandise.
• Manage logistics service providers and coordinate with stakeholders on resource optimization and excess or obsolete inventory dispositions.
• Resolve order-related tickets and maintain periodic performance and management reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment operations and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, communicate effectively, and collaborate as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP ECC.
