What you will do

• Provide audit, assurance, and consulting services as part of an engagement team.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information and answer questions.
• Perform substantive testing of client balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls and discuss recommendations for improvement.
• Build client and internal relationships while developing business advisory skills.
• Participate in on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide learning programs.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and eligibility for licensure.
• At least one year of experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related business field, with sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the relevant state.
• Ability to work effectively with client personnel at all levels in a team environment.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Relevant internship, work experience, or professional organization involvement.
