What you will do

• Develop and execute short- and long-term IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee enterprise data centers, servers, storage, networks, cloud services, telecommunications, and endpoint security.
• Ensure the performance, availability, security, and scalability of IT systems and services.
• Manage firewall, endpoint security, patch management, compliance, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Lead infrastructure procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiations, cost management, and third-party relationships.
• Hire, evaluate, train, develop, and mentor IT infrastructure professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and security specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, including data centers, enterprise networking, servers, storage, cloud infrastructure, and security initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure teams with a focus on operational excellence and service delivery.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco, Aruba, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with firewall management, endpoint security, disaster recovery planning and execution, ITIL, ITSM, and vendor management.
• Experience with JDE or similar ERP platforms, Cohesity, ITIL 4, PMP, Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, or Aruba certifications is beneficial.
