Regional Clinical Manager, Interventional Technologies, Mountain West Region (MedTech)

Location: Remote in Colorado, United States; 50% travel expected

What you will do

• Lead and manage the regional Clinical Specialist team, setting expectations and driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop clinical employees while managing performance and career development.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Director to execute regional objectives and align clinical initiatives with commercial goals.
• Provide clinical guidance for complex customer scenarios, product use, procedural consistency, and targeted in-service education.
• Build relationships with physicians, decision-makers, and hospital stakeholders to support clinical engagement and business development.
• Identify staffing, training, customer-support, and process gaps, then coordinate cross-functional solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent in health science and an appropriate registration or certification, such as RN, RCIS, RCSA, or RVMS.
• At least 5 years of directly related medical device industry experience in a clinical or sales role supporting physician customers.
• At least 3 years of leadership or management experience overseeing a clinical team.
• At least 3 years of experience in interventional cardiology and electrophysiology, including cardiac service-line environments such as cath or EP labs.
• Strong clinical, communication, analytical, conflict-resolution, documentation, compliance, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; ability to work in a field-based environment and meet the physical demands of clinical support, including exposure to blood.
