What you will do

• Analyze transactions and portfolio holdings against regulatory, client, and internal investment guidelines.
• Calculate risk metrics, monitor compliance alerts, and ensure daily trade reviews are completed.
• Research and respond to investment guideline inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare compliance reports and management information for relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with Legal & Compliance, Technology, Operations, Account Management, Product Strategy, and Trade Floor teams.
• Improve and scale monitoring, investigation, reporting, data quality, and controls through automation, analytics, workflow tools, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Compliance, Asset Management, Financial Services, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of global fixed income and equity markets, including bonds, equities, and derivatives.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends, anomalies, or issues requiring investigation.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment compliance systems, Bloomberg, or similar market data platforms.
• CFA designation or active progress toward the CFA Program.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, workflow, reporting, data visualization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and responsible technology adoption in regulated environments.
