Preferred Banking Advisor (Relationship Banker)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; full-time, onsite role.

What you will do

• Manage the full client life cycle as a single point of contact for preferred banking clients.
• Respond to client requests, maintain proactive communication, and resolve service issues.
• Advise clients on treasury management, deposits, loans, and commercial and personal banking products.
• Analyze client needs and patterns to identify opportunities to promote relevant bank products and services.
• Own information flow for technical and operational processes, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service.
• Meet service-level, cross-selling, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit, productivity, and efficiency goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in treasury management services, branch banking operations, lending, deposit sales, or a similar field.
• High school diploma required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking, loans, treasury management, and commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, industry standards, and practices.
• Intermediate sales and service experience with business deposits or treasury management products.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
