Sr Staff Quality Assurance Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Define, perform, and review qualification activities for new products, second sources, material changes, design changes, and process changes.
• Define, evaluate, and implement stress tests for semiconductor product applications.
• Ensure product compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and applicable international standards.
• Communicate qualification plans and data with customers across silicon, package, and board levels.
• Participate in DFMEA risk assessments and validate mitigation actions.
• Review test results, assess risks, and provide quality approval for production releases and change management.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor quality, reliability, or qualification.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, including wafer fabrication, IC and module assembly, and testing.
• Experience with quality and reliability standards, qualification methodologies, failure analysis workflows, FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Written and verbal English is mandatory; flexibility for international travel at short notice is required.
