What you will do

• Sustain automotive and client products during high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive product-sustaining strategies that meet quality and cost goals.
• Develop and implement systemic reductions to Statistical Bin Limit triggers.
• Perform risk assessments, define quality and reliability goals, and support product decisions.
• Ensure class and burn-in coverage meets requirements while coordinating with foundries, OSATs, and development partners.
• Analyze customer returns, early feedback, and post-silicon quality results to drive design, manufacturing, and test improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics engineering or microelectronics.
• 5+ years of experience in product development and qualification of new semiconductor products.
• Knowledge of testing and reliability in product qualification.
• Experience with semiconductor product ownership, complex ICs, CPUs, or other devices.
• Strong testing, failure analysis, customer issue investigation, and risk assessment capabilities.
• Ability to provide cross-functional technical leadership.
