QTL - Crew 3 (HVAC Manufacturing)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Train team members to assemble and install HVAC sub-assembly components accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect units, components, assembly drawings, and blueprints to verify quality and compliance with approved specifications.
• Serve as the primary contact for line issues and provide problem-solving assistance to production employees.
• Coordinate production schedules, verify work-order packets, confirm parts availability, and support production targets.
• Approve sub-assembly and end-of-line paperwork, ensuring all required checks and sign-offs are complete.
• Enforce warehouse safety and housekeeping standards, perform minor repairs and adjustments, and provide production backup.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing for most of the shift, repetitive hand movements, climbing, and moving objects weighing 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to assess work accuracy and quality, including color detection, and operate hand tools and heavy equipment.
• Leadership, motivation, communication, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
