SVP, Managing Director, Business Solutions

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $230,000–$350,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Lead the translation of client goals into strategic, performance-focused media solutions.
• Provide campaign insights, apply attribution models, and optimize future media investments.
• Oversee quarterly planning frameworks, client recommendations, deliverables, contracts, revenue, and profitability.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and collaborate with internal, partner, and creative agencies.
• Manage client expectations, resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Lead team development, staffing, performance feedback, and professional growth for media professionals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Thorough understanding of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience, including developing media professionals.
• Experience in client relationship management and senior-level presentations.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media research and reporting resources.
