AI Product Manager

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; onsite at hirify.global HQ

Salary: USD 140,000–170,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute AI product strategy aligned with business priorities and Office of AI objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise AI opportunities, technologies, platforms, and vendors.
• Lead the full AI product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch, scaling, and adoption.
• Develop product roadmaps, user journeys, KPIs, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks.
• Partner with commercial, finance, legal, privacy, security, technology, and executive stakeholders.
• Operationalize responsible AI governance and support AI literacy, enablement, and organizational change.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
• Proven experience launching and scaling AI products in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience writing detailed product requirements for AI workflows, APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Ability to influence and communicate with executive and operational audiences in matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, vector databases, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with enterprise AI transformation, workflow automation, knowledge management, or productivity platforms.
• Knowledge of LLM performance optimization, inference cost management, context window strategies, and model utilization.
• Experience implementing AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
