Sr Product Manager (AI Solutions)

Location: Universal City, California, United States; hybrid, with a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 yearly

What you will do

• Define and deliver analytics for internal corporate and direct-to-consumer AI agents, measuring performance, engagement, task completion, quality, reliability, and business impact.
• Translate stakeholder needs into analytics requirements, success metrics, user stories, and instrumentation plans.
• Establish measurement frameworks for agentic workflows, including adoption, escalations, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Validate tracking implementation and data quality through testing, dashboard reviews, metric reconciliation, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Own the product analytics roadmap, dashboards, reporting experiences, and executive-ready insights.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, program management, governance, legal, security, and analytics teams across the AI product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience with enterprise-scale AI, data, analytics, or platform products.
• Experience leading LLM-based conversational agents, agentic workflows, or AI-enabled enterprise products from strategy through launch and optimization.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery, human-centered product design, conversational AI, LLM evaluation, prompt design, and workflow design.
• Strong technical, quantitative, analytical, communication, prioritization, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Universal City office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience defining product analytics strategies, experimentation approaches, business intelligence outputs, OpenTelemetry instrumentation, and observability practices.
• Experience with Amplitude, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Lucidchart, SharePoint, Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
• Experience in the media and entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, legal compliance, cybersecurity, responsible AI, and ethical AI practices.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and product development.
