What you will do

• Manage monthly invoice requests, partner setup, billing, payment needs, and pending invoice tracking.
• Reconcile invoices and campaign delivery after verifying media delivery against contracted deliverables.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support monthly client billing approvals.
• Analyze campaign spending against client-authorized budgets and confirm Insertion Order acceptance.
• Prepare spend reports, support media billing and projects, and provide daily assistance to Media, Finance, Accounts Payable, and partners.
• Conduct campaign audits, validate financial documentation, and maintain proper document storage.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• 1–2 years of professional experience; creative agency experience is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical, organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with technology and computers, with an ability to show initiative and solve problems innovatively.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with strong leadership qualities.
