Sr Analyst, Execution (Databricks)

What you will do

• Enhance collections strategies through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights.
• Use SQL, Python, and PySpark to execute, implement, and monitor daily processes.
• Gather requirements and develop technical data requirements for strategy execution.
• Coordinate execution across strategy, analytics, credit risk, collections, and other stakeholders.
• Identify performance opportunities, improve team capabilities, and manage high-profile strategies to mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in process automation and strategy development.
• Experience with Databricks Workspace, Notebooks, Job Clusters, job scheduling, performance tuning, Python, PySpark, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
• Strong relational database and SQL experience, including complex and optimized queries across large volumes of data.
• Experience mining data from SQL, Snowflake, and other sources to produce meaningful reports.
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical data requirements and communicate solutions clearly.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of consumer lending and collection or recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of AWS, Snow SQL, or Snowpark.
