Director, Capital Strategy, Liquidity & Rating Agency Relations (AI)

Salary: $120,000–$176,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead enterprise capital strategy, capital structure analysis, and execution of debt, hybrid security, and alternative financing transactions.
• Own consolidated liquidity forecasting, short- and long-term funding plans, liquidity risk metrics, stress scenarios, and contingency funding frameworks.
• Enhance enterprise capital and liquidity models covering cash flow forecasts, covenant compliance, capital structure alternatives, and rating agency metrics.
• Advance AI-enabled forecasting, recurring analysis automation, scenario modeling, credit metric reporting, and finance analytics capabilities.
• Manage rating agency surveys, presentations, meetings, methodologies, credit narratives, and senior leadership communications.
• Provide continuity and cross-functional oversight for the corporate insurance program, including renewals, coverage analysis, brokers, and carriers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7–12+ years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, treasury, or investment banking.
• Experience leading or supporting capital markets transactions and engaging with rating agencies.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and strong knowledge of credit metrics, capital structures, covenants, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and the ability to advise senior leadership, Boards, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA.
• Familiarity with corporate insurance programs or enterprise risk financing structures.
