What you will do

• Develop requirements for dynamic reporting solutions, dashboards, and recurring reports for internal and external clients.
• Analyze reporting data for trends and performance using charts, graphs, pivot tables, and other visualizations.
• Perform quantitative analysis, data wrangling, data storytelling, and ad hoc data validation.
• Define requirements and success criteria for data modeling and data engineering initiatives.
• Support KPI development, dashboard criteria, data model calculations, proof of concepts, documentation, governance, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, BI developers, leadership, and business partners across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, business, finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in quantitative analysis in a fast-paced environment or across diverse product lines.
• Experience with BI development and best practices across BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, or Looker.
• Proficiency in data-focused coding languages including Python, SQL, and Jinja.
• Ability to communicate analytical results to technical and non-technical leadership, interpret ambiguity, and make recommendations.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or related items.
