Financial Relationship Banker - North Barrington

Location: North Barrington, Illinois, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable banking products.
• Provide customer service and resolve complex customer issues.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, outside calling, referrals, and structured sales processes.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or a similar role may qualify.
• Knowledge of sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
