Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota, United States; office-based

Salary: $24.00–$28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Provide customer service and resolve consumer and business customer issues.
• Identify financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Grow and retain customer relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and sales processes.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and build internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Ability to complete additional background checks and provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, and banking technology.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
