What you will do
- Create, approve, place, and maintain purchase orders for inventoried and non-inventoried goods.
- Coordinate vendor confirmations, delivery dates, order updates, vendor records, and invoice discrepancy resolution.
- Support production and maintenance by ensuring supplies, consumables, spare parts, and materials are available.
- Report daily production KPIs and prepare documentation for quality checks, equipment monitoring, material identification, and production disruptions.
- Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records, receive materials correctly, and track raw materials using FEFO, environmental compliance, and quality traceability requirements.
- Partner with Quality, Production, and Engineering to resolve material quality issues and implement supply chain improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, procurement, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Ability and interest to become a subject matter expert in ERP and CMMS systems.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to mitigate risks to resources and deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork.
- Rigorous attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
