Associate Buyer (IT Procurement)

Salary: $22.60–$28.36 per hour

What you will do

• Procure technology products through multiple sources and prepare purchase orders.
• Create and maintain SKUs, track virtual and drop-ship inventory, and support sales and web activity.
• Negotiate product costs, contract terms, and pricing with vendors and distributors.
• Expedite orders, update estimated arrival dates, process price protection claims, and review promotions.
• Analyze backorders and stocking levels, evaluate non-productive SKUs, and help minimize excess inventory.
• Resolve packaging, receiving, returns, and internal service issues while collaborating across departments and with vendors.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, email, documents, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed, well organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Potential for leadership and effective cross-functional collaboration.
