Senior Analyst, Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $66,300–$85,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Yahoo!, Bing, other search engines, and bid management platforms.
• Develop bidding strategies and manage keywords to achieve acquisition goals and efficiency metrics.
• Generate recurring performance reports and identify and troubleshoot data anomalies.
• Support test design roadmaps, quarterly planning, and business opportunity implementation.
• Lead portions of client reporting calls by presenting key metrics, goal attainment, and optimization opportunities.
• Support forecasting and new business opportunities while guiding team members by example.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of directly related search engine marketing experience.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to connect strategic thinking with tactical objectives and solve problems in a solutions-oriented way.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively.
