Senior 2 Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $166,000–$258,000 annual

What you will do

• Sequence the rollout of new engineering processes and practices, translating an aligned but evolving direction into plans, checkpoints, and operational routines.
• Pilot processes with selected teams, gather feedback, refine the approach, and coordinate broader adoption.
• Lead change management, communications, training, and adoption tracking for the new operating model.
• Define delivery, AI-adoption, and process-health metrics, along with reporting structures, reviews, escalation paths, and operating cadences.
• Track engineering metrics including deployment frequency, lead time for change, change failure rate, and mean time to restore.
• Align engineering and business leaders, manage cross-team dependencies, surface systemic risks, and mentor program managers and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading large-scale, high-impact, cross-functional programs.
• Experience leading significant process transformations while plans and operating details are still evolving.
• Experience helping engineering teams adopt AI-assisted development tools and practices and converting adoption into measurable process change.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, release management, observability, portfolio management tools, and both waterfall and agile delivery models.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
