Senior Manager, Transformation (AI)

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada; remote candidates must be based in Canada and have full working rights for the region.

Salary: CAD 170,000–CAD 200,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.
• Lead transformation agendas for assigned business functions and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans.
• Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, governance, responsibilities, and success measures.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models for customer support, customer success, and sales.
• Lead internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while maintaining delivery accountability.
• Prepare financial models, business cases, data analyses, progress updates, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy or management consulting, program management, or operations.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in a SaaS or payments environment.
• Strong project management, financial modeling, change management, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across strategic planning and detailed execution, engaging senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or alongside private equity-backed companies.
• Experience with business integration, core systems modernization, or AI-enabled operating models.
