Vice President, Portfolio Management (ABL/Tech)

Location: Denver, CO, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $121,870–$150,546 annually for Denver, CO; annual bonus or incentives and restricted stock may also apply.

What you will do

• Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex commercial loans.
• Partner with the Vice President, Commercial Banker and Relationship Manager to assess client credit needs and develop appropriate financing structures.
• Prepare financing requests and supporting analysis for senior management or the Loan Committee.
• Coordinate approved loan processing, documentation, servicing, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with lending policies.
• Monitor credit risks across the portfolio and maintain existing Relationship Manager portfolios.
• Support customer service and regional banking goals through effective client and employee collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in portfolio management or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, loan administration, treasury management, and commercial banking products.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, banking rules, and industry practices.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial credit, loan structuring, and pricing dynamics; completed credit analyst training.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
