Service Technician (Industrial Equipment)

Location: Chambersburg and surrounding areas, Pennsylvania, USA; field service at customer facilities using a company service truck.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors.
• Visit customer facilities in Chambersburg and surrounding areas across Pennsylvania.
• Provide technical support to customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
• Serve as a primary customer contact and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Experience with welding and mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Clean driving record, pre-employment drug test, and DOT physical required for operating a company vehicle.
