What you will do

• Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Provide product information, client education, and tailored banking solutions.
• Support deposit, loan, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition growth targets.
• Identify client needs and make effective introductions to mortgage and business banking partners.
• Conduct lending and basic investment interactions and participate in more complex banking conversations.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, business acumen, and client relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
