Senior Manager MDM and SAP Governance (SAP)

Location: Fairhaven, Massachusetts, United States of America; full-time onsite role. Willingness to travel up to one week per month or as needed.

Pay range: $157,139–$200,318 per year.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide master data management and SAP governance initiatives.
• Drive data integrity, quality, compliance, and data stewardship across SAP systems.
• Define governance frameworks and optimize master data processes across business domains.
• Lead a global MDM team and shape automation, integration, and data lifecycle practices.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Balance IT service delivery, operational support, risk management, and project execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or SAP data roles.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP, including S/4HANA and ECC, and MDM tools such as SAP MDG, Informatica, or Winshuttle.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks and improving master data quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Broad knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise application integration, IT governance, risk management, and Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid development methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with global business processes in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or other complex industries.
• Experience with forecasting, modeling, scenario planning, business case development, and emerging technology evaluation.
