Bath Installer Helper

Location: Fairfield, Ohio, United States; Workplace: On-site

Pay: $18 per hour plus potential monthly incentives

What you will do

• Assist the main installer with bath and shower remodeling in customers’ homes.
• Follow installation directions, project scopes, checklists, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Provide direct customer service and help resolve homeowner needs.
• Identify bathroom specifications and prepare the work area for installation.
• Clean job sites, equipment, and vehicles according to safety guidelines.
• Complete installation certification and progressively learn to stage jobs and load the vehicle.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
• Solid carpentry skills and basic hand-tool knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with verbal, written, and mathematical skills at that level.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more, work extended hours and overtime, and perform all essential physical requirements.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, punctual, and able to work effectively with customers and teammates.
