Installation Technician (Apprentice Level)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; on-site work at customer homes and commercial buildings

Pay: $20–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Install custom closets, cabinets, offices, and other storage systems using luxury materials.
• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry, assembly, removal, and installation work.
• Use company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
• Install systems independently or with team members depending on project complexity.
• Provide customer service during in-home installations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in accordance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.
• Monday–Friday schedule, generally 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility required.

Nice to have

• Trade or vocational school experience.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills.
