Installation Technician - Jr. Apprentice

Location: Poway, California, USA; transportation to and from customer job sites is provided.

Salary: $20.00–$20.99 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Install custom storage systems and accessories in residential and commercial spaces.
• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work using company-provided tools and PPE.
• Use CAD drawings and blueprints to assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Remove and install materials at customer homes and maintain shop tools and equipment.
• Work independently or with installation team members and provide high-quality in-home customer service.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from customer job sites and follow all safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, stand, climb stairs, kneel, crouch, stoop, reach, grasp, and balance.
• Trade or vocational school experience and cabinetry or carpentry skills are desirable.
