Field Installer

Location: Rochester, New York, USA; onsite work at customer locations

Hourly pay: $15–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work installing closets, cabinets, offices, and other custom storage systems.
• Use CAD drawings and blueprints to assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Remove and install materials in customer homes and commercial buildings.
• Complete installations independently or with team members, depending on project size.
• Provide high-quality customer service during in-home installations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in safe operating condition.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using common hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.
• Ability to work onsite in Rochester and travel to customer job sites using company-provided transportation or vehicles.

Nice to have

• Trade or vocational school experience.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills.
