Apprentice Installation Technician (Carpentry)

Location: Onsite in Huntington Beach, California, USA; day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with flexibility required.

Pay: $20–$21 per hour.

What you will do

• Install custom closets, cabinets, offices, and other storage systems in homes and commercial buildings.
• Use company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints to assemble and install systems efficiently.
• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry, including material removal and installation.
• Work independently or with installation teams according to project complexity.
• Provide high-quality customer service during in-home installations.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from customer job sites and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, climb stairs, kneel, crouch, and perform other physical installation activities.

Nice to have

• Trade or vocational school experience.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills.
