Installation Apprentice (Carpentry)

Location: 164 Enterprise Dr, Monroe, CT 06468, USA; onsite full-time work involving travel to customer installation sites.

What you will do

• Install custom closets, cabinets, offices, and other storage systems in residential and commercial spaces.
• Use company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
• Assemble and install systems with varying levels of complexity.
• Remove and install materials in customer homes while providing a high level of customer service.
• Follow safety standards and drive company vehicles safely to and from customer sites.
• Work alongside a senior installer while receiving on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using common hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.

Nice to have

• Trade or vocational school experience.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills.
