What you will do

• Lead the development of strategic plans for the Commercial & Private Bank and its business units, including expansion, transformation, growth targets, risks, and dependencies.
• Design content for internal, external, board, management, and regulatory presentations in collaboration with reporting teams.
• Manage internal communications and coordinate enterprise-level initiatives across Commercial & Private Bank leadership and functions.
• Translate business plans into budgets, goal-setting standards, incentive plans, referral programs, and recognition programs.
• Oversee sales enablement, productivity tracking, benchmarking, market intelligence, and related data and tools.
• Manage talent-related activities, including performance evaluations, staff development, succession planning, and compliance oversight.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive business strategy and analytics experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Hands-on experience working with datasets, identifying patterns, validating and cleaning data, and performing transformations for business analysis.
• Expertise in business analytics tools and advanced Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, research, and data-synthesis abilities, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to and influence senior and executive management.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required; a master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
