Principal, Analytics Enablement Strategy (SaaS/Analytics)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid schedule with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

Salary: $168,750–$281,250 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus and, for certain positions, long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the Analytics Enablement Solutions three-year strategic plan.
• Prepare Board- and CEO-level reporting and deliver insights for executive decision-making.
• Partner with global market teams on revenue forecasts, financial plans, and strategic investment priorities.
• Manage strategic initiatives covering organizational design, operational excellence, and cross-functional process improvements.
• Prioritize initiatives, align resources, and evaluate business cases and financial models.
• Monitor technology, data, and market trends while tracking goals and presenting progress to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS/PaaS and/or analytics environments.
• Experience in management consulting or equivalent strategic leadership roles, including problem-solving and program leadership.
• Strong understanding of analytics enablement and credit risk solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives and scaling teams.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis, and business intelligence skills, including SQL and data visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
