Sr. Staff Integration Engineer (MEMS)

Location: Livermore, California, United States. Full-time onsite position on the regular day shift.

Salary: $163,400–$214,410 per year, depending on experience, skills, and background.

What you will do

• Define, own, and improve end-to-end process integration flows for probe card manufacturing.
• Align unit process performance with product-level electrical, mechanical, quality, and reliability requirements.
• Lead yield improvement, defect reduction, process capability, and cycle-time reduction initiatives.
• Drive integration for new product introduction, pilot builds, high-volume manufacturing ramp-up, and cross-site technology transfer.
• Develop integrated process flows, specifications, critical parameters, control points, monitoring strategies, and process-window documentation.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving, change governance, integration strategy, and engineering mentorship across multiple teams and sites.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a master's degree; or 5 years with a PhD; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with semiconductor process integration, wafer-level fabrication, MEMS, precision assembly, interconnect, and electrical testing.
• Experience analyzing inline, electrical test, metrology, and defect data to investigate yield excursions and failure mechanisms.
• Experience with design of experiments, SPC/FDC, DMAIC, 8D problem solving, defect reduction, and process capability improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work across Process, Equipment, Product, Yield, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Livermore, California, during the regular day shift.
