Lab Warehouse Operator

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Receive, store, organize, locate, process, move, and stage products and project materials for R&D operations.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and utility vehicles safely.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and records.
• Track material locations, quantities, and quality while maintaining organized storage areas.
• Run weekly reserve-stock reports and daily shortage reports, correcting discrepancies.
• Coordinate inventory needs with other departments, attend bi-weekly R&D support meetings, and report process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, sitting, climbing, and stooping.
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa in a temperature-controlled test laboratory and manufacturing facility.
