Warehouse Technician (Aviation) - IAH Airport

What you will do

• Receive, identify, mark, store, and issue materials and tools.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, descriptions, and visual quality during receipt, storage, and issuance.
• Maintain barcode identification and record material movements in the computerized inventory system.
• Perform assigned daily cycle counts and complete receipt and issuance documentation.
• Operate forklifts, maintain assigned areas, and report or correct unsafe conditions.
• Support a 24/7 operation by working assigned shifts and weekends.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a service warehouse facility.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a forklift on indoor and uneven outdoor surfaces.
• Experience using a computerized parts inventory locator system.
• Verbal communication skills and accurate handwritten transaction documentation.
• PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to pass an airport security background check and work any scheduled shift or weekend to support 24/7 operations.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
