Terminal Supervisor

Location: Oak Creek, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Oversee terminal safety performance and the Basic Safety Process, working toward zero safety incidents.
• Coach, mentor, and lead a team of ten company drivers and two vehicle mechanics through observations, ride-alongs, customer site visits, and safety meetings.
• Coordinate with plant operations, logistics, and tactical delivery planning to manage inventory and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Use optimization tools to monitor and improve safety and distribution key performance indicators.
• Conduct customer site safety inspections and verify safe access and equipment requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between drivers, plant operations, the Driver Safety team, the Site Manager, and other stakeholders; ensure incident reports and follow-up actions are completed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in distribution, terminal operations, safety leadership, and driver management.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and computer skills.
• Ability to meet on-call and call-in requirements, travel monthly for driver safety observations, climb ladders and steps, lift at least 50 lbs, and work in high-noise environments.
